Mohamadou Idi DJALLAMI

Mohamadou Idi DJALLAMI is a renowned Nigerien expert in financial engineering, development finance, and investment structuring, with over twenty years of experience in the banking, strategic consulting, and financial institution management sectors. Throughout his various roles, he has distinguished himself by his ability to structure innovative financing mechanisms, mobilize resources on a large scale, and support projects with significant economic and social impact.


He currently holds the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Royal Gold Niger SA and Managing Director of Barouwell Consulting Niger, a firm specializing in financial consulting, project engineering, fundraising and support for public and private investments, operating in Niger and several other West African countries.


Previously, he was Director General of FISAN (Investment Fund for Food and Nutritional Security), where he played a key role in the design, implementation, and operationalization of this strategic instrument dedicated to financing the agricultural sector. In this capacity, he also led the mobilization of funding from the government and technical and financial partners.

His banking career, which spans more than twenty years, has led him in particular to the Ecobank group, where he contributed to the development of banking activities, the structuring of financial products and the support of SMEs and entrepreneurs.


He also has extensive experience in auditing and accounting, acquired within an accounting firm in collaboration with international organizations.


Holding a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Business Management and Administration and a postgraduate diploma (DESCAE) specializing in Finance and Accounting, Mohamadou Idi DJALLAMI is also actively involved in community and sports organizations. He is, among other things, President of the Nigerien Karate Federation, a member of the Nigerien Olympic and Sports Committee, and a Rotarian since 2017, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to human development and social cohesion.


Today, he wishes to put his expertise at the service of the TAHIRAH CARE association, contributing to the structuring and development of structuring projects, particularly in the fields of health and development.
